Heng Chansithy is an excellent guide in Kratie, n/east Cambodia. He took me on his moto across the Mekong to visit the places where his family still live, where he grew up and went to school. This little video was filmed where a group of villagers work together producing palm candy and palm wine. The produce is sold in the local market.
